Cancellation Policy

Traditional Classes

For groups of 10 or more who have scheduled a private class the cancellation policy is as follows:

- If the customer paid with a paypal account the refund will be issued within 48 hours otherwise a written check will be issued within 7-10 business days. (Transaction fee may apply with paypal accounts)

- A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if the class is cancelled within 2 weeks of the class date and a $75.00 charge if the class is cancelled within 24 hours of the class date.

- If the class has to be rescheduled more than twice a $50.00 processing fee will be charged.

- There is a $35.00 fee for all returned or NSF checks.

Accelerated Classes

After signing up for an Accelerated Class, you will have 6 months in which to attend a skills session. After 6 months you will need to re-enroll in the class.

Online Classes (Those classes not requiring a skills evaluation)

If you are unsatisfied within 48 hours of your online class purchase, you may request a refund.

- If the customer paid with a paypal account the refund will be issued within 48 hours otherwise a written check will be issued within 7-10 business days. (Transaction fee may apply with paypal accounts)

- There is a $35.00 fee for all returned or NSF checks.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that the Certificate of Completion (for online classes only) will meet your specific requirements prior to paying for class. If you are unsure contact your employer. You may contact us, however, we may not have the answer for all certification requirements.
